A Study Of The Current Situation Of Senior High School Teachers' Occupation Burnout In Urban Zhengzhou

Occupation burnout mainly refers to the condition that the workers have low psychological work enthusiasm,suffer a lack of interest in work,and often feel tired of work.This will seriously affect the practitioners'working efficiency,and will be a serious impediment to develop their potential.Studies on Teachers'Occupation Burnout regard teachers as the object.Researchers research on the burnout levels of teachers,explore the influential factors,and try to get some methods to reduce its degree.Based on previous studies,this study regards high school teachers in Zhengzhou as the research object,using questionnaire to investigate and analyze the current situation of high school teachers'occupation burnout in Zhengzhou and its causes,so as to make out its condition and further explore some methods to reduce the degree of high school teachers'burnout in Zhengzhou.The study finds out:seniority,professional title and grade have shown significant differences in the three dimensions of teachers'occupation burnout.Among them,teachers who have been teaching for 11-15 years suffer the most serious occupation burnout,whereas the existing researches have shown the number is 6-10;Rank 1^st teachers suffer the most serious occupation burnout,which is similar to the existing results.Teachers in Senior One suffer the lowest level of occupation burnout.Conclusions are as follows:First,the degree of occupation burnout of senior high school teachers in Zhengzhou is not serious.Second,most studies haven't made“no title”teachers as the object;nor have they view“grade”as one of the influencing factors;whether is a head teacher is not an affected factor,which is different from most of the existing results.These differences can be seen as the special results of this study.Third,the results have shown that the current situation of High School Teachers'Occupation Burnout in Zhengzhou is closely related to teachers themselves,social environment and occupation conditions.According to the survey results,this study puts forward some suggestions to reduce the degree of senior high school teachers'burnout in Zhengzhou from three aspects.
