| At present,with the rapid development of society and the increasingly progress of science and technology,in order to effectively improve their own scientific research level,teaching quality,and the comprehensive strength,various universities compete to importing all kinds of advanced instruments and equipment.However,the corresponding equipment management technology has not been developed at the same time,numerous universities mostly use the traditionally manual management methods to manage their equipment.Due to the traditional equipment management methods are usually relatively backward,so in the process of equipment management,there are so many problems,such as the lack of integrating equipment management,the repeated and unreasonable equipment purchase and so on.Which caused the equipment using rate of management information system being low,and caused physical devices being inconsistent with accounts or many other issues because of historical factors and human factors,so the loss and damage of the equipment in universities are more and more serious,and affected the efficiency of the use and management of equipment to a great extent,which could greatly restricted the development of universities,as universities can’t live without useful equipment.In order to solve these problems,this article put forward the use of modern management technology to design and develop a management information systems of equipment,to achieve the goal of effectively manage equipment of universities.The article first introduced the research background and significance of the thesis,and analyzed the status of equipment management in universities,pointing out that there were many problems existed in the equipment management process,and emphasized the necessity and urgency of building an integrating management information systems of equipment,also made a brief introduction about life cycle management theory;secondly introduced the development mode,development method having been used of the equipment management system of universities;Thirdly,the paper introduced feasibility analysis in the management,technical and economic and demand analysis,business process analysis of the equipment management system;Fourthly,the function structure of equipment management system in universities was introduced at length,and the data flow diagram of equipment management system,database design,both the output and input design of the system were also described;Finally this paper introduced the implementation,testing and maintenance of management systems of universities’ equipment. |
