This research first sorts out the main outcome and achievement in the areas of employment and training theory in mainland China and overseas.Through interviewing and surveying,this research further analyzes fresh graduates' capabilities and confidence in employment,their understandings in bridging programs of pre-work training and the demand for these programs.This research also analyzes the employers' expectation on bridging programs in pre-work training,reaching the conclusion that employers have a strong willing to organize bridging programs of pre-working training in professionalism,general skills and expertise for fresh graduates.By studying cases about the mobile internet technology in Fujian province,the research analyzes the improved outcome of pre-working training on the graduates' capabilities and salaries.And through interviews with training centers,this research identifies the difficulties faced in the process of establishing the service system of bridging programs of pre-work training and explores related solutions.Here are some findings of the research:1.The graduates are quite knowledgeable.However,their lack of skills leads to the under employment,which further makes them feel unconfident when searching for jobs.Moreover,they know little about the pre-working training service.Nevertheless,most of the fresh graduates wish to attend pre-work training to improve their skills and capabilities.The research shows that employers have a high expectation on pre-work training programs and they are strongly willing to organize bridging programs in professionalism,general skills and expertise for fresh graduates.2.The outcome of the pre-work training programs in mobile internet technology in Fujian Province from 2013 to 2015 is satisfying.The employment rate of graduates who have received this pre-work training service reaches 100%which is higher than the average employment rate nationwide and across Fujian Province.And the average monthly salary of that group which was employed after 6 months and 3 years is both higher than that of the whole nation and Fujian Province.3.There are some difficulties which have affected the establishment and development of the service system in pre-work training programs for fresh graduates.These are the lack of guidance and regulations of related policy,the lack of coordination and promotion from executive government departments,the lack of investment from financial funding,the lack of qualified trainers and the inconsistency between the training content and the need of enterprises.This research finally proposes solutions as follows:bettering related regulations and the insurance system,strengthening the power from executive government departments in guiding and promoting the programs,increasing the investment from financial funding and building up links among universities,enterprises and the training centers.In such ways,the service system in pre-work training programs could be greatly improved,steadily developed and ultimately established.
