The concept of biology teaching is the central task of biology teaching in middle school.With the deepening of curriculum reform,the problems in concept teaching are becoming more and more prominent.Alternative conceptions belongs to the category of pre-science concept,which is an explanation of learners' interpretations of a series of understandable scientific phenomena based on their own experience.The alternative conceptions is contrary to the scientific conceptions,and its existence will prevent students from correctly understanding the concept.The conceptual model is an analogue of the form of thinking that reflects the essential content of objective things.and the image is so intuitive that it can promote the learner's understanding of the connotation of the concept.Using the conceptual model method to implement the concept of teaching,targeted to change the alternative concept of different concepts in order to achieve the concept of effective teaching.This study investigated the concept of students' differences in the concept before the teaching of the concept of "cellular respiration".Based on the characteristics of different alternative concepts,the conceptual models of "cellular respiration",which can transform the relevant alternative concept,are designed.The conceptual models are applied to carry out the teaching of conceptual transformation.On this basis,this paper summarizes the effective teaching strategies and the corresponding teaching suggestions.
