Research On The Social Integration Of Urban Disabled Youth From The Perspective Of New Media

In this paper,after a sample survey of young people aged 18 to 35 in Xicheng district of Beijing,the new media such as mobile phone show different performance in promoting the social integration of urban youth with disabilities.specifically: the new media such as mobile phone can effectively promote the political participation and identity of urban disabled.In economic activities,new media such as mobile phone can promote its daily trading activities,but it is not ideal to achieve employment and job search in new media such as mobile phone.In social communication,one is that the new media such as mobile phone can promote the interpersonal communication of urban disabled youth,second is that the new media such as the disabled youth can promote their cultural exchanges,and let their talents enjoy more people to realize their own value.However,the role of new media such as mobile phones in promoting education and medical care of urban youth with disabilities is not obvious.The reasons can be explained from positive and negative aspects.First,positive aspects,first,the new media such as the mobile phone,to a certain extent compensates for the missing of the disabled youth,the great extent extends their ability;Second,the mobile phone and other new media "empowering" disabled youth to express their opinions,defend their rights through mobile phone,get more social support,and gradually move to the center from the social edge zone;Third,the "interactivity" of new media such as mobile phones activates the vitality of young people with disabilities;Fourth,the anonymity of new media such as mobile phones gives young people with a certain degree of protection;Fifth,the global and accessible of new media such as mobile phone,give the disabled youth more broad self-realization stage.Second,the negative aspects,part of the new media platform is not perfect,unable to meet the needs of young people with disabilities;Second,Second,the entertainment function of the new media squeezes other functions;Third,not all services are suitable for the new media;Fourth fewer new media services for young people with disabilities;Fifth,the new media literacy of young disabled youth needs to be strengthened.To this end,we should make great efforts to make new media such as mobile phones play a greater role in the social integration of young people with disabilities.First,increase financial investment to promote the new going into media of youth services for disabilities,which requires joint government and enterprises to increase investment and create more new media services for different types of youth with disabilities,better serve young people with disabilities;Secondly,we should make full use of the new media to carry out social service projects,to mobilize the enthusiasm and participation of young people with disabilities,to actively participate in the service projects,constantly improve themselves and service themselves;Thirdly,the community outreach online activities to integrate young people with disabilities into society from the community;Finally,to improve the new media literacy of young people with disabilities,to enhance the use of new media capacity of young people with disabilities,let them enjoy a swim in the oceans of the new media.
