With the development of information technology,the Internet has entered the era of wide screen.Optimization and improvement of micro-blog,WeChat,video production,broadcast,audio and other platform and network platform,ordinary people have the possibility to participate in media communication,which make the web stars upgrading and development to a new climax.The "web stars" phenomenon as a new social barometer,impact on all areas of economic development and social culture.Among them,the impact on the development of traditional media,social values,and the young people’s cognitive and behavioral aspects are greater.Therefore,the author studies the development,classification and formation process of the web reds,analyzes the interaction factors between the web reds and their audiences and the impact on the audiences,and puts forward effective countermeasures and suggestions.For the values and behavior of the young people,The purification of cyberspace,the dissemination of excellent network culture,the maintenance of cyberspace health and the stability of the real world has important practical significance.This study,by referring to the related research results of the web reds,analyzes the phenomenon of web reds in the network from the perspective of social interaction and Internet users.Based on the theory of interaction and group theory,the combination of network observation and semi-structured interview is The main,the phenomenon of web reds and its interaction with the audience to study.Through the research and analysis,the author draws the following conclusions: First,the development of the web reds and the audience psychological fit,is the network era of the pilot;Second,the web Reds social influence by multiple factors,including activity,content,reciprocity,immediacy,heterogeneity and environmental factors,which have a greater impact on young audiences.Third,the healthy development of the web Reds can not be separated from their own quality improvement and social moderation to guide supervision;Fourth,from the perspective of youth social work to prevent the negative impact of the web Reds on young people.
