Higher education in our country is now in the stage of deepening development from elite education to popularization,the number of students and the scale of running school have reached unprecedented scale,the development momentum is swift and violent,the effect is particularly remarkable.However,in the current situation of higher education management in our country,due to various reasons,especially the increasingly prominent teaching management " administrative"tendency,played down the status of teaching center,suppressed the active initiative of full-time teachers,resulting in uneven quality of teaching and showed a downward trend.Teaching is the center of colleges and universities,its effect directly affects the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities.To achieve good teaching effect,the teaching activities must be carefully and scientifically planned,organized,controlled and coordinated." at present,the administrative phenomenon of teaching management in our country is becoming more and more serious,which hinders the implementation of teaching management and the improvement of teaching quality.Therefore,we must change the way of thinking and set up a new teaching philosophy."otherwise,the consequences will be disastrous.In order to eliminate all kinds of malpractices brought by the administration of teaching management in colleges and universities,and meet the needs of college students for good teaching effect,in order to realize the scientific and standardized management of college teaching,to improve management level,teaching quality and school effectiveness,the Ministry of education issued the "higher school teaching management points"(hereinafter referred to as "key points")." points" points out that the teaching work in colleges and universities is the central work of the school,and teaching management plays a special important role in the management of colleges and universities,so we must deepen the teaching management and strengthen the teaching quality monitoring.The key points of the " key points" are:to change the teaching management mode,and then to establish a new system of modern university teaching management mechanism,strictly standardize the teaching management,strengthen the teaching quality monitoring,to eliminate the "administrative" of teaching management,to achieve the purpose of teachers’ willingness to teach,focus on teaching reform,and improve the quality of teaching.Based on the above considerations,this paper embarks from the current teaching management in our country,combined with the beneficial exploration of the teaching management of higher education in China and abroad,analyzes the reasons and disadvantages of the current administration of teaching management in our country,and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.College teaching management in China should be based on the development of colleges and universities in our country.according to the requirements of the Ministry of education,taking the establishment of modern university system as the benchmark,the administrative power and academic power should be separated,so that education teaching and scientific research return to its nature,so that the teaching activities in colleges and universities are more suitable for the internal and external environment.Then according to these ideas,the author put forward the teaching management plan,countermeasures,and concrete measures and realization way,so as to improve the teaching management system,teaching management mode,teaching management mechanism system and so on,and make it more scientific,reasonable and efficient.Only in this way,the teaching vitality and related innovation ability,scientific research ability and so on can get better release.
