Development in today's world of economic globalization,international competition,knowledge become the decisive factor of improve the comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness,talent resources is becoming more and more become the fresh power to promote the economic and social development of strategic resources.China's future development of the Chinese nation great revival ultimately depends on talents,talents training in education,the basis of giving full play to the advantages of human resources in our country is to develop education career,building an innovative country and accelerating socialist modernization is the inevitable choice.Special education as an important part of education system,is becoming more and more attention in recent years,its development directly affects the development of a country or a region education,and to the development of special education teachers is the key,good teacher team construction is the foundation of developing special education.Shijiazhuang,as the provincial capital,will directly influence the development of education in the region and will contain the development of education in Hebei province.This article selects Shijiazhuang 5 special education school as the research object,through the literature material law,investigation method and other methods to investigate the selected school teachers,reveals the main problems of special education school teachers,in view of the actual situation,based on the research of the related literature at home and abroad,constructively proposes to Shijiazhuang special-education schools teachers construction countermeasures.This thesis is mainly divided into three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The main body is composed of four chapters.The introduction part introduces the question,research purpose,research significance,research design,concept definition,research review and so on.The first chapter introduces the theoretical basis of research,including human resource management,multiple intelligence theory,education equity theory and teacher professional development theory.The second chapter is the results of a survey and statistical analysis,this paper special-education teacher's basic situation,including gender,age,school age,educational background and professional quality structure includes ideas,knowledge and ability,the scientific research quality,etc.,and began an investigation into the training education circumstances,and the data analysis and summary,The third chapter is the analysis of the main problems,points out that Shijiazhuang special teaching staff mainly has the shortage of professional teachers,the training system is not perfect;High working pressure and low sense of accomplishment;Low teacher treatment,leading to serious loss;The degree of teacher specialization is not high;The training situation of special teachers is not optimistic;Teachers lack professional emotions and so on.The fourth chapter is aimed at these problems,from the aspects of professional quality,management,social three angles puts forward some countermeasures,involved in teacher training,the training mechanism,system,school management and so on several aspects.
