Mainly aiming at cultivating students'innovative spirit and practical ability,education of 21st century,which meets with the higher standard of Chinese education in the contemporary society,focuses on promoting educational ideas of cultivating a student with survival abilities,executive forces and learning habits.Teachers'teaching methods should be more dynamic with individuation and diversification.Promoting multilateral interaction between teachers and students,it should also aim at improving students'enthusiasm of participation as it seeks to maximize their creativity.Hence we should not only adopt research-oriented teaching method,but also exert more guidance towards students'approaches of learning and receptivity of knowledge in order to further students'capabilities of self-study and self-consolidation.When it comes to such a brand new educational ideas,finding an appropriate way to unchained the present situation of routine teaching model will be the first priority for physical educators in the long run.Introducing and applying collective teaching model has obvious innovative advantages in physical education.Football itself,demanding its participators to be cooperative throughout the course of every details,is indeed a collective game for team players.And the key factor for such an collective game to be successful lies in participators'interactive cooperation with teamwork spirit.Therefore,promoting cooperative learning teaching model in football teaching will be able to improve students'football skills and collective spirit of collaboration.This paper adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,experimental method and logical analysis to study the implementation of cooperative learning model in junior middle school football teaching.With 90 students of Dongting Junior High School taken as subjects in this study,students are divided evenly into experimental classes and control classes.Subjects in experimental classes were taught under cooperative teaching model while the others were taught traditionally.After experimental studies for one semester,data obtained from the study course of both classes was analyzed statistically and the following conclusions were drawn:?1?.The use of traditional teaching methods and cooperative learning models in junior high school football teaching can improve the physical quality of students,and cooperative learning mode can better promote the improvement of students'physical quality than traditional ones.The reason is that cooperative teaching model can stimulate students'awareness of learning participation,so that students are more proactive during the process of physical fitness exercises.?2?.The combination of traditional teaching methods and cooperative learning models can effectively improve the level of students'football skills.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the cooperative teaching mode can better generate students'learning performance and further improve their self-confidence in physical education,together with a good inspiration for them to learn other subjects.?3?.Cooperative learning model can motivate junior high school students'initiation,mobilize their interest in football learning,and change their attitudes toward football study.So much the desire of students'further study in learning process,so that their efficacy of efforts will be significantly improved.?4?.Through the distribution approach of“group heterogeneity,group homogeneity”together with interactive communication and evaluation between partners-partners or group-group,cooperative learning model will substantially increase students'awareness and abilities of cooperation as it seeks to make the learning process meet with the requirements of curriculum reform.
