| The fierce competition in today’s society requires talent to have a wealth of professional knowledge,sunshine mentality and the physical quality of the overall quality.However,the school as a major place to cultivate talent,in the face of the college entrance examination of the grim situation,often spend a lot of time in cultural teaching to improve students’ cultural achievements and ignore the importance of sports for the comprehensive development of people.Students also due to heavy academic pressure and lack of time for physical exercise,leading to the decline in their physical fitness,can not form a good sports awareness and sports behavior.In this situation,China’s youth physical problems have aroused the concern of all parties,how to cultivate students good sports awareness and sports behavior,so that young people have a strong physique is one of many experts and scholars concerned about the problem.Based on the previous studies,this paper uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and comparative analysis method to study the sports awareness and sports behavior of students in Tongzhou District,Nantong City,according to the different physical groups of high school students.,To sort out the different physical high school students’ sports awareness and behavioral characteristics,for the physical education teachers in the future to effectively improve the quality of high school students to provide practical basis.Survey results show:1.Physical and psychological fitness of high school students in the physical performance of the differences in the performance: strong physical group of students better understanding of sports behavior than the weak constitution group;strong physical group of students than the weak physical fitness group strong;strong physical group of students sports Attitude is more active than the weak group;strong physical group students emotional experience is better than the weak constitution.2.The students in the physical and mental health group have the following advantages: the frequency,intensity and time of the physical activity of the students in the physical constitution group are higher than those of the weak constitution group.The students in the physical constitution group are more willing to participate in the sports activities,The amount of sports consumption in each year more than the weak constitution.3.Physical and mental fitness students to participate in sports activities are more arbitrary,the activities are basically the main school sports venues,skills acquisition is also the main physical education.4.strong physical fitness group of students motive and sports values are more consistent,all of the sports fitness,entertainment,education values are more agree.The physical behavior of the boys in the physical constitution group is better than that of the strong physical group,and the physical education of the weak constitution group is not as good as that of the weak constitution group,but the sports behavior is better than the weak constitution group.Based on the findings,make the following recommendations:1.To cultivate and build a weak physical awareness of students,stimulate and enhance their sports interest.2.To cultivate and improve the physical skills of students in the weak constitution group.3.To improve the optimization of teaching methods,change the teaching philosophy.4.To increase investment in school sports,to strengthen the construction of sports venues.5.To carry out a variety of extracurricular sports activities.6.Strengthen the construction of campus sports culture. |
