| Youth sports club is an extension of school sports,but also is the initial embodiment of the i ntegration of school sports and social sports.As a youth activity organization platform and activi ty field,since its inception,through all kinds of activities,riched amateur cultural life of young people,enhanced their physique,cultivated their lifelong habit of sports,and cultivated a batch o f talents for competitive sports in our country,and has achieved remarkable social benefits.Its creation is the only road to make sports socialization and industrilalization in the process of deepening the reform of sports system in China.As a kind of social organization,the youth sports club should survive and develop according to the law of market economy.However,because it is a new thing in our country and still in the development of the exploration stage,the country has no unified management regualtions and operating mode,there is no experience to follow,so there are still some problems about the club.The paper applies the methods of literature review,field interviews and SWOT analysis to survey and analysis the distrubution,quantity,projects,members,coaches and the running condition of the youth sports clubs in Yuncheng city,Shanxi province.Thereby,it is concluded the problems and insufficiency by means of the analysis of the club.The results shows that there are some problems about the club in the process of development:few financing channels,poor income-generating capacity,lacking of policy support,big resistance development,lacking of effective mechnism,slow development speed,insufficient reserve of talents,unsatisfoctory operating effect,lacking of innovation of service,low market competitiveness,etc.At the same time,facing the impact of more and more sports training institutions and fitness clubs in the market,Yuncheng Youth Sports Club are encountering the unprecedented challenges.The paper summarizes the influncing factors of the sustainable development of the Yuncheng Youth Sports Club and analyzes it by using SWOT analysis method.It is suggested that the sustainable development of the club should proceed from consummating the policies and regulations,strengthening law enforcement and supervision,innovating business philosophy,strengthening internal management,establishing brand awareness,seizing the opportunity,improving the service quality,connecting with the universities and colleges,vigorously promoting the value of the sports culture and other aspects.And we should effectively strengthen the management and construction of the club to ensure its sustainable,healthy and stable development.As an opportunity,it can be provided the reserve of talents for the rapid development of youth sports in Yuncheng(even for Shanxi)and make a contribution to develop the intergrated talents in a new era. |
