Recently,school effectiveness reseach has got more attention in the theoretical research of education management in our country,which is caused by the large scale attention of education management field paid to the management effectiveness and the introduction of western school effectiveness.People realize gradually that the issue of making sure the center position of school effectiveness is so significant in educaton management.This research is based on the former research conclusions and uses the literature method and theory analysis method.On the hand,It is under the guide of the overall organic theory,emphasize coordinated interaction and interaction of various elements within the school effectiveness,on the other hand,the school will take some changes on the base of maintaining its overall coordination and stability to make each school effectiveness elements can adjust flexibily and adapt to the changing environment as a whole system.Thus we can maximize the school efeciency.School is regarded as a continuous construction of the education system,it must be affected by various factors.The study takes the overall organic methodology as a theory guide,constructs the top model of school effectiveness.Emphasizing the improvement of school effectiveness is a process of enlarge its influence factors and combine its system resource.School effectiveness improvement emphasizes the overall change of the school,taking into account of the interaction between the various elements,contaction and interaction between the various elements,at the same time aims at achieving multi angle,multi-level integration of efficacy.School effectiveness is more focused on observing and evaluating the implementation of the school from the perspective of the overall optimization of the school.According to the newly constructed top model and the combination with the influnce fators of school effectiveness,the study shows some problems in the process of improving the effectiveness in modern primary and junior schools.Firstly,utilitarian the educational goal and lead to the difficulties of the shared vision achievement.Secondly,the old school development model,the lack of overall plan.Thirdly,the lack of elements construction in school management and the overall efficiency can't improve.Fourthly,the value of the tool is speak more highly than itself and the increasing ability of education is ignored.And the last term is the traditional manner of evaluation methods and standards,it has limited the development of personality.On the basis of overall organic and school effectiveness and amis at the problems of the improvement process of school effectiveness in the primary and junior schools,the study tend to make some suggestons.First of all,to establish an overall view of efficiency and build a shared vision.Secondly,innovative education mode,do a good job in school development strategy planning.Third,the integration of the effectiveness of school management elements,and strive to form a management force.Fourth,advocate the development of diversified evaluation,encourage the generation and innovation.Finally,the implementation of the organic integration of creative stimulation strategies to achieve continuous education value.
