In the past and present, teachers' disciplinary problems have been widely concerned.Punishment,as one of the means for the teachers to manage the students, has the good and evil points in the concrete teaching practice.Good teachers to discipline, rational use of means of discipline, plays an irreplaceable role in the good development of students, should be affirmed;and punishing evil,is the embodiment of teacher abuse of disciplinary, its negative impact on the healthy development of the students should be given greater negative. However, there is no unified standard of reference for what is the good of punishment. Therefore,in order to avoid the evil of punishment and to realize the good of punishment, the author tries to explore a valuable ethical reference standard for the good of teacher's punishment. The basis of standard exploration comes from two parts, part of which is the basis of theory, and some is the basis of practice. This study mainly adopts the methods of literature collection, interview and other data collection, and collects the ethical basis for moral judgement of punishment in good and evil in theory, and the ethical basis for teachers and students to judge the goodness of punishment in practice. On the theoretical level, this study mainly draws on the two ethical theories of Kantianism and the effect theory of utilitarianism.Through in-depth analysis of Kant's theory of obligation and utilitarianism and the concept of punishment embodied in it,I believe that the motivation and effect of teachers' disciplinary implementation are two important factors that influence their accomplishment of punishment. On the practical level, there are similarities and differences between teachers and students in moral judgment of the goodness of punishment.Teachers are mainly from the starting point of disciplinary action, the specific means of punishment and the three dimensions of disciplinary effect to judge the good and evil of the disciplinary action. For the starting point, the behavior of teachers think that good discipline should work according to conscience;moral implication for disciplinary measure, most of the teachers think that it is mainly reflected in three aspects: on the basis of the choice of appropriate punishment, disciplinary measure and control discipline in the implementation of emotion.Students are mainly from two dimensions of disciplinary measures and disciplinary effects to judge the good of punishment. For the ethical implications of disciplinary measures, students mainly talk about the types of punishment implementation, whether there are corrections and disciplinary occasions. The author combines the theoretical basis and the reasonable components of the moral judgements of teachers and students towards punishment's good and evil in practice, respectively from the three dimensions of the ethical motives, the ethical means and the ethical effects of the good of punishment for teacher to judge whether good discipline provide a reference standard of ethics.
