Optimal Design Research On The Incentive Mechanism Of Xi'an GCJS College's Full-time Teachers

Xi'an GCJS Vocational College is a vocational and technical college with over 50 years of history.Its main employees are full-time teachers with high qualifications.As China's economy continues to develop,domestic demand for professional and technical personnel gradually increased,a large number of vocational colleges encountered various management bottlenecks in the development.The existing management system has been unable to meet the needs of rapid development.In the area of research,incentive problems within the organization has been concerned about the large number of scholars,and research incentives issue full-time teachers are still few vocational institutions.According to the actual situation of Xi'an GCJS Vocational College,this study combines the theory of motivation,and tries to build a suitable incentive system of the college.This study was based on the current Xi'an GCJS Vocational College's incentive mechanism.As a starting point,this study combined with questionnaires,focuses on the immediate needs of the Xi'an GCJS Vocational College's full-time teachers.Aiming at the Xi'an GCJS Vocational College's current incentive mechanism,e.g.weaker incentive intensity and other issues,this study tries to meet the full-time teacher's needs and build a system of full-time teacher incentive system.In addition,this study also proposed making the incentives can smoothly set safeguards.Finally,through a summary of the results,we hope this study can provide reference for Xi'an GCJS Vocational College's senior managers and other vocational institutions.Although this study fulfills the limitation of previous research gap that lacking of vocational education's incentive mechanism,this research still has some limitations.Therefore,futher scholars are enouraged to focus on incentive mechanism in vocational college.
