In modern vocational schools the goal of educating people is to deliver qualified skilled talents to the society.So the vocational school education focuses on technicality and operability.In recent years,due to the diversification of personnel training forms and the increasingly close connection between vocational schools and enterprises,the teaching of various disciplines in vocational schools has also continued to enrich and develop,and it has promoted the continuous advancement of teaching reform.From the perspective of the Chinese language,comprehensive practice as an important part of Chinese language teaching,can guide students to imitate social life scenes,and enhance their comprehensive professional qualities.It naturally becomes an important research object in vocational school teaching reform.In the teaching process,Chinese comprehensive practice can provide services for the school-enterprise cooperation.This is also an important direction for the construction of Chinese language majors and teaching reforms.It aims to meet the students' professional development and business needs,and aims to cultivate the occupation emotion and professional ideals of secondary vocational students.It provides assurance for the spirit of teamwork and collaboration.The paper is based on the survey of teachers,students,and some internship companies in Chengyang District Vocational Education Center School of Qingdao.The paper discusses the actual application of Chinese comprehensive practice,clarifies the profound connotation,in-depth looks up the problems and causes of the implementation of integrated Chinese language practice activities under the background of school-enterprise cooperation,and actively explores how to use the large platform of school-enterprise cooperation to develop Chinese language Practice.Through specific teaching design and lesson plans,combined with the students' career development needs,and in accordance with the actual needs of the enterprise for applied talents,the teaching content of the language comprehensive practical lesson is determined.The current Chinese language teaching involves few practical aspects of student employment.There are few designs for the enterprises in the school-enterprise cooperation.Students do not understand the corporate culture,and it is difficult for the students' professionalism and quality consciousness to meet the requirements of the company.So it needs to propose a research strategy.The first chapter is the feasibility and necessity of carrying out Chinese language comprehensive practice activities based on the cooperation between schools and enterprises,including the interpretation of the connotation,characteristics and advantages of Chinese language comprehensive practice activities and school-enterprise cooperation,and the implementation of the realistic meaning of the comprehensive Chinese language practice.Under the background of school-industry cooperation,developing secondary vocational Chinese comprehensive practice activities is an inevitable requirement for Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools.Through this form,students' interest in language learning can be stimulated and the overall quality of Chinese language teaching can be effectively improved.So the students can form a good professional quality and realize the zero-distance employment.The second chapter is a questionnaire survey of teachers,students,and business in vocational education center schools in Chengyang District.It investigates and analyzes the existing problems in the comprehensive practice of Chinese language in secondary vocational schools at the present stage,which include teaching methods,learning methods,teaching organizations,and the teaching reference materials.Because of the language teachers and school leaders' disregard,the company's indifference,simple curriculum development,the low quality of the students etc.,the school-enterprise cooperation under the Chinese language integrated practice activities are not ideal.The third chapter is aimed at solving the problems and providing effective measures for the improvement of Chinese comprehensive practice in secondary vocational schools under the background of cooperation between schools and enterprises,it includes the implantation of ideas,the establishment of a long-term mechanism for a sound system,and the implementation of teaching reforms.Teachers should establish a contemporary teaching philosophy,attach importance to the training of students' professional qualities,enrich the students' teaching process,and infiltrate the corporate culture elements into classroom teaching.You can organize students to visit and study in the enterprise,hire experts to give students special lectures,and arrange excellent corporate culture exhibitions in the classroom,so that students can experience the charm of their career.Use the platform of school-enterprise cooperation to build a large platform combining Chinese language teaching with corporate culture.According to the characteristics of the students,combined to the reasonable choice of topics,the students' main part position will be implemented in the classroom.The fourth chapter is taking Qingdao Chengyang Vocational Education Center as an example to discuss specific implementation examples.Including selecting and designing the rational activities in the early stages;paying attention to method guidance,strengthening management,enhancing the autonomy of students' task choices,and giving students ample room for development in the process.At the end of the activity,design rational and diverse evaluation methods,actively reflect on activities;combine Hisense's corporate culture,and list lesson plans,reflections and student's achievement such as "Designing Class Emblem," "Campus Environment,Corporate Environment" for reference.
