The history of Chinese education at the beginning of the twentieth century is an undulating and unpredictable history with contention of a hundred schools of thoughts.The various of schools frighted mutually.The cultural exchanged between the East and the West collided with all kinds of sparks.In this chaotic interleaving when some determined educators,to save the nation from peril,always adhered to the education to save the nation,forged ahead in the coercing era.Fu Sinian is one of the best undoubtedly.Fu Sinian(1896-1950),after returning to China in 1926,he devoted himself to education,advocated saving the nation through education,and reformed the unreasonable management system in colleges and universities.Fu Sinian insisted that the university is an academic research center,teachers must do a good job of teaching and research work,strengthen the students' knowledge and quality education;students must study hard,excellent in character and learning,and determined to contribute to the country's development.He always protected the interests of teachers and students,so he is a good teacher and a good headmaster loved by teachers and students.This paper uses the literature method and the historical research method to carry on the research.And mainly center on Fu Sinian's education performances at Zhongshan University,Peking University and the National Taiwan University,adhere to the principle of objective reality,through collect literature extensively,analysis the forming reasons of Fu Sinian's management thoughts of teachers and students of university,elucidate the connotations of Fu Sinian's management thoughts of college teachers and students,finally summarizes the thought features of Fu Sinian in the management of teachers and students,combined with the present situation of the university teachers and students management,then put forward corresponding suggestions.This paper is divided into five parts:Introduction: This paper introduces the reasons,research status,research significance and research methods,the innovation of this research and the definitionof the core concept.The first part of the text: Analyze the causes of the formation of Fu's thoughts of university teachers and students management from the three aspects of personal,family and society.On the one hand,the study experience has made Fu Sinian move from tradition to freedom.In the side of family,Fu Sinian's grandfather and mother were strict with him,cultivated Fu good quality and style.The social aspect,China was though some powerful turbulent,domestic trouble and foreign invasion,some bigwigs were stupid and relied on the university to win promotion and get rich,which had an awful influence to college development.Driven by patriotism and sense of social responsibility,Fu decided to change the development of higher education,and promoted higher education to a new level.The second part of the text: Beginning with the teacher management measures of Zhongshan University,Peking University and National Taiwan University,this paper analyzes the management thought of university teachers.Through strict teacher employment standards,Fu paid attention to academic research,modified teaching methods,increased teachers' treatment,made rational use of research funds and improves the quality of teachers.The third part of the text: Beginning with the student management measures of Zhongshan University,Peking University and National Taiwan University,this paper analyzes the management thought of university students.Fu screened students through strict examination,cared for all students,paid attention to the students' knowledge and ideological education,so as to improve the comprehensive quality of the students and train more talents.The fourth part: The characteristics of Fu's thoughts in university teachers and students management,provide reference for today's university teachers and students management.In today's superior material conditions,the president is the key to the development of the university,and the soul of the university;academic innovation is the hard truth of university's development;quality education is the soft power of university development.Studying Fu's university teachers and students management thoughts can notonly enrich the understanding of Fu Sinian,but also deepen the understanding of the development of education in the republic of China.To make the past serve the present,Fu's university teachers and students management policies still have reference value for the management of today's teachers and students university.
