In the course of the new curriculum reform,as an important part of Chinese teaching,the status of oral communication teaching has been gradually improved.In 2001,Ministry of Education in 2001 promulgated the "full-time language courses compulsory standards to oral communication" into a "reading","writing" as important as the status.In 2003,the "high school language curriculum standards" also put forward new requirements for oral communication teaching.At the same time,the ability of oral communication in modern society has become a necessary skill for success.Whether it is from the national policy,or from the needs of social reality,oral communication should be paid more and more attention,but the status of oral communication teaching is not optimistic.The reasons for this situation are : the traditional language teaching concepts such as the prevailing emphasis on "culture" light,"the phrase" re-"write" light "that" the phenomenon.In the college entrance examination,the content of the oral communication is little,the evaluation system is not perfect;the teachers don't know how to carry out the oral communication teaching,the problem about"what to teach" and "how to teach" is not clear.This series of problems have become an obstacle to the development of oral communication teaching.Along with the progress of curriculum reform,the urgent need and the social reality,the problem of the oral communication teaching will be paid more attention.For the problem of what to teach and how to teach,Li Hailin had discussed,the most fundamental is to solve the problem of what to teach,do not solve what to teach,how to talk about the way of teaching".Therefore,in the teaching of oral communication,teachers should pay attention to the problems that are related to the curriculum content,which is the so-called curriculum resources.Teachers' awareness of the importance of curriculum resources is not deep enough,which leads to the serious shortage of curriculum resources development,which hinders the development of oral communication teaching.Therefore,the development of curriculum resources is the key in oral communication teaching.In view of this situation,this paper focuses on the existence of high school,high school Chinese language oral communication teaching curriculum resources development problems,and puts forward the specific strategies.I hope I can contribute to the development of oral communication teaching,this paper is divided into four parts.The first part mainly discusses the senior high school Chinese oral communication teaching of curriculum resources development research reasons and the research purposes,content,methods,it also integrates the current academic research on the teaching of oral communication problems.Throughout the ancient and modern,oral communication has been of great value.However,the reality shows that oral communication teaching has not received the attention.In this series of reasons,an urgent problem is the development of oral communication curriculum resources,the development of curriculum resources is a bottleneck in the development of oral communication teaching.At the same time,the analysis and summary of research results on the teaching of oral communication from the experts and scholars,we found that the study of teaching strategies occupy a large proportion,but the discussion and Study on the curriculum resources are very few,so from this point of view,we must carry out the study.The second part mainly explains the relevant theories of oral communication teaching resources,and defines the core concepts.It includes "oral","communication","oral communication","oral communication teaching","curriculum resources" and "oral communication teaching curriculum resources"".In addition,the significance and necessity of the development of oral communication curriculum resources are also discussed.In the third part,the author mainly investigates the problems in the development of oral communication teaching resources in senior high school.Based on the analysis of the survey results,summed up the problems of the current oral communication teaching curriculum resources development: the teaching of oral communication curriculum resources development consciousness;the low utilization rate of the oral communication teaching curriculum resources;the teaching of oral communication curriculum resources shortage.The fourth part is mainly based on the questionnaire survey results,according to the relevant content of oral communication teaching version in Chinese textbook in senior high school,this paper puts forward specific strategies of Chinese oral communication teaching of senior high school curriculum resources development.High school Chinese textbooks involved in oral communication mainly focused on the textbook "expression and communication" module,including "reading" and "speech","discussion","debate".In this part,the content is about how to develop the "reading" and "speech","discussion","debate" in the teaching of oral communication curriculum resources in detail and what types of oral communication teaching curriculum resources to develop.
