| Cultivating students’ core quality is the embodiment of the aim of morality education.2017 New Edition "Ordinary High School Biology Curriculum Standard" will soon be issued and executed,the relationship between biological curriculum and core quality has become a hot topic of recent research.At present,the technical attitude of high school students to transgenosis is not stable,and the evaluation is negative,this is due to a lack of recognition for transgenosis.Therefore,the teaching research on transgenic knowledge can improve high school student’s cognition of transgenic,on the other hand,it can optimize classes teaching content to achieve the purpose of developing students’core literacy.This article explains the core quality of biology and the concept of transgenosis.Under the guidance of constructivism theory,cognitionism learning theory and conceptual change theory,after using questionnaire to inquire into the current situation of high school students’cognition of transgenic knowledge,and found the problems in transgenic teaching in the present stage.Then we combined the survey result and the contents and requirements of core quality to establish three effective strategies which is concept teaching,cooperative inquiry and "STS" teaching.Finally,based on the study results,designed three specific teaching plans for the front line teachers’ teaching referenceand,and the classroom effect detection program based on core literacy is discussed,which provides suggestions for teaching evaluation activities. |
