D education consulting co.,LTD.is a micro and small companies which mainly focuses on learning and improving etiquette and eloquence.It was founded in January 2015.As D education consulting co.,LTD.to develop step by step,to the company's marketing ability put forward higher requirements,however,although D education consulting co.,LTD.has invested great manpower and material resources and financial resources,has achieved is not obvious.In this paper,we study the D education consulting co.,LTD.,through its internal and external environmental analysis,he methods of SWOT,interview,questionnaire,obtained the advantages and disadvantages of it exist in the marketing opportunity and challenge,etc.,finally summarizes D education consulting co.,LTD.,the specific problems in the marketing.Through the 4P marketing theory,the improvement of marketing strategy is put forward for these problems,so as to further enhance the marketing ability of D education consulting co.,LTD.4P marketing theory is widely used in the analysis tools of the company to understand the characteristics of the company and understand the needs of target customers to better implement the marketing strategyThe 4P marketing theory of product,price,channel,promotion,respectively applied to all aspects of marketing,can effectively improve the marketing of traditional marketing model,better the implementation of product diversification,reasonable pricing,channel multiplication,promotion mode diversification,etc.,can better meet the consumption demand of consumers,adapt to the market situation,improve the economic benefit of the company.In this paper,based on the theory of the famous 4P marketing theory,based on four dimensions of 4P marketing theory framework,combining my own experience and experience of the actual situation,not theory,but on the company's marketing problems existing in the solution measures are put forward,in addition,this article also to D education consulting co.,LTD.,in the marketing concept,network marketing and culture marketing,etc,also proposed the rationalization proposal.For example,through online and offline activities,to create a good atmosphere;by creating a "Star" by teachers,fans economy marketing,increase brand awareness efforts;further refine and summarize the cultural connotation,each link into products and services,to establish a unique brand image;through the investigation,according to the different regions to develop to match the pricing scheme,provide the feasible advice for the optimization of D Education Consulting Co.ltd.
