Practice And Reflection On The Training Of New Professional Farmers In Linzhang County

China is a big agricultural country,and agriculture is the foundation of our country.With the continuous development and innovation of agricultural science and technology,our country must realize the modernization of agriculture,and the most important thing is to cultivate the new type professional farmers who have knowledge,understand technology,good at management and have innovation ability.Instead of being a simple way of earn their living,farming has become a lifelong profession which is respected by the society for the new type professional farmers.The new type professional farmers are the real agricultural successors.Cultivating new type of professional farmers not only solves the realistic problem of "who will cultivate land",but also can solve the deep problem of "how to cultivate land".This paper takes Linzhang County of Handan city in Hebei Province as the research object,using the methods of literature research,case study and questionnaire research,which looks forward to providing some new ideas to cultivate new farmers in Linzhang County of the occupation.First of all,a literature review is made on the training of farmers in china.Then the status of training of new farmers in China are analyzed.Moreover,we can learn a lot of experience from Sending education to the countryside and sunshine project,which were carried on by the Linzhang county.Firstly,do well ideological work and improve farmers’ enthusiasm of participating in the training;Secondly,be strict in attendance management,and set up the system of leader responsibility.Call over each lesson,and control the leave system strictly,the attendance records will be connected with the student records,which will be linked to graduation grades.Through the present situation and results of The new type professional farmers which is put on by NongGuang School of Linzhang County agricultural school,we can analyze the problems and the strengthes and weaknesses in the process of carrying out the program.For example,The quality of students is uneven;Individual students are not strict enough to attend class;Due to limited conditions,training work is relatively simple.In view of these problems,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.Finally,The conclusion and relevant data are obtained through questionnaire survey of farmers in Linzhang County,and on this basis,study the countermeasures which are suitable to the new type professional farmers of Linzhang County by the empirical study.This research puts forward the following four suggestions: strengthen the government behaviors,the government should firstly increase the co-ordination efforts,and give financial support at the same time;Moreover,teachers are the main force of training,so we should strengthen the construction of teachers’ team;Besides,training mode should be diversified,flexible so as to attract more farmers to join the training study;Fourthly,aiming to different people,we should prepare reasonable arrangements for training time and practice places in order to get farmers’ recognition.
