Research On Educational Reform New-farmers Oriented Of Secondary Vocational Students

The development direction of China's future agriculture must be the way of modern agricultural production.Hohhot City,as the capital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,the agricultural population are numerous,consumption levels continue to increase,the demand for agricultural products are gradually growing.The increased demand for agricultural products which puts forward new requirements on the traditional farmers,they will be post modified as new farmers.Hohhot city is in order to make the training of new farmers in rural areas is energetic and qualified personnel,which can not only improve the overall level of agricultural production,but also to promote the modernization of agriculture in a certain extent.Research on educational reform new-farmers oriented of secondary vocational students is benefit to develop new employed ways,and helps to build new employed orientation ways,and helps to build new employed orientation.It can combine new farmers' cultivation with some professional skills,such as tourist service,marketing,computer networking technology and electrical technique.This paper based on the "occupation education" theory,Structurist teaching theory,Marx's employment theory,Innovation diffusion theory,and Expectancy theory research,how to better clarify the vocational schools to help students in vocational training new farmers.Secondly,through the study of research method,literature method,interdisciplinary research method of secondary school affiliated occupation college students of Hohhot city to analyze the employment situation of samples,we find that they meet troubles in seeking jobs,who graduated from secondary vocational schools in Hohhot.In order to solve this problem must reform educational ways according to social and economic development tendency,and combine secondary vocational education with new countryside construction,which resolve the root problems by supply-side reform.This paper is analyzing the necessary,practicable and advantaged of new-farmers cultivation.We think that the current secondary vocational schools in Hohhot has the following advantages: 1,the traditional agricultural development has a good basic;2,the government attaches great importance to the cultivation of new farmers;3,secondary vocational school students with strong learning ability.Finally,putting forward the following suggestions for the research on educational reform new-farmers oriented of secondary vocational students: 1,Hohhot secondary vocational schools should transform school-running orientation to cultivate high quality and level skilled laborers for new countryside construction,secondary vocational students are cultivated as new-farmers.2,the skills,which are instructed in schools should join with modern agriculture,and coordinate the balanced development of rural 1,2,3 industry;3,government should help secondary vocational students seek employed paths on serving modern agricultural construction;4,providing the specific advices for educational reform of secondary vocational schools in Hohhot.
