The Study Of College Students' Labor Education In The Contempoary

With the improvement of people's living standard and the pursuit of scientific and cultural knowledge,education has increasingly become whole society common concern of topic.But,the labour education has been gradually fade in rapid development of today's education.Thus,contemporary college students reflect a series of low quality of behaviours and styles.Such as: not love labor,even contradict labor;Look down on manual laborers,not respect other people's work achievement;There is no strong will of living plainly and working hard;Such as mammonism phenomenon.President Xi has repeatedly stressed: a man met a good teacher is a lucky in life,a nation continuously emerged good teachers are the hope of the nation.Labor education,of course,also must be combined with the social education and the family education,put family tradition into family education.With labor education increasingly weakened,and even some college students reach the level of the aversion to labor,not only unfavorable to improve their own quality,also has some negative influence to the family,university and society.Therefore,the scholars and the public are more and more attention and stress on labor education of contemporary college students.This paper,guided by the marxist theory of ideological and political education,based on Marx and leaders in the past dynasties on labor education theory,combining relative knowledge of psychology,sociology,gives an empirical research on the contemporary college students.Combining education with productive labor is not only follow the education philosophy by Marx,Engels,Lenin,but also especially follow the educational policy by marxist in our country.Compared with the college students who love labor,the college students who lack of labor education have obstacles in their life ability,moral quality.Not only harm to the healthy development of college students themselves,but also live up to the expectations of the family,college and society.This paper argues that the contemporary college students lack of labor consciousness,mainly because college students' self labor and subjective education is relatively weak,and neglect of family education,school education and lack of social education's atmosphere.Therefore,improve the subjective initiative of the college students,correct the wrong idea and method of family education,improve university's leadership and management and build the atmosphere of social labour education,are necessary under the condition of market economy.Only from the society,university,family,college students four aspects take reasonable measures cant set up the college students' concept of labor,improve labor skills of the students and promote the comprehensive development of college students.
