| Executive force,means one kind of the individual or a team collaboration’s ability,within the prescribed period of time,to complete the work plan or achieve the desired objectives of the work unit.In school management work,excutive force is especially one kind of ability to execution work plan,organization related cooperation activities,performance of the corresponding management function,and finally achieve the expected teaching plan or teaching management effect on the basis of fully understand the intention of general school teaching management.To excutive plan and achieve goal,is two keys to excutive force.Executive force is of great significance to the survival,development and expansion of a school.It is a core measure of the management level of a school,and also a key guarantee for the cohesion and effectiveness of a school.The level of execution of middle managers occupies an especially prominent position in the system of overall execution of schools.First of all,middle managers are the main plotters to translate education strategy and teaching planning into concrete action plans.The second,middle managers are the specific communicators and supervisors of school work orders.The last,middle managers are the main feedback of school actual baisc work.It plays an important role in correcting and perfecting the school work plan and improving the school teaching and management level.The author found that the weak execution of middle managers is a common phenomenon in elementary schools in J city,according to years of experience in the each level management of primary schools and the research on this subject.This problem is becoming a bottleneck in the overall management of a primary school.Based on the above understanding,this paper proposes the following research ideas: In the early stage,the middle-level managers of J city primary school are the research scope,with questionnaire and field interview as the main research methods.In the late,the author will gives some advice to enhance executive force according to the reserch.According to the survey,there are three main reasons to limit the execution force of primary school middle level managers in J city at present.Firstly,the middle management mechanism is not sound and unreasonable,which lead to power and responsibility not clear,rewards and punishments unfair,evaluate slowly,a serious waste of talent,poor production at work.Secondly,the lack of good collaboration and healthy competition culture makes middle manangers hard to cooperate by differences of temperament and ability.The third,the ability of middle managers to work remains to be improved.Therefore,the author gives this advice: perfect four kinds of mechanism,build one kind of cultural atmosphere,improve five kinds of ability.The four kinds of mechanism are The selection mechanism,labor division mechanism,reward and punishment mechanism and long-term training mechanism of middle-level leadership.One kind of cultural atmosphere is the culture atmosphere of solidarity,cooperation and healthy competition.Five kinds of ability are understand,implement,cooperate,communicate and reflect on innovation.The author hope that through this research,can help a large number of school administrators know the limiting factors of middle management executive ability,make the suggest effective,provide the reference for further research on the following research.This is also the value of this research. |
