Analysis Of The Risk Prevention And Control In E-learning Enterprise's Financing

With the continuous development and popularity,the Internet has become an indispensable tool in human lives.Because of its particularity in nature and characteristics,the Internet has a great difference from other industries.Therefore,it also has its unique way of fund raising(financing).There are more extensive and in-depth studies about the financing in the traditional economics field,however,there is few studies about the financing of the Internet.We can discover its particularity from different stages of its development:It focuses on the corporate websites and traffic in the initial stage,while it pays more attention to the profits and development process in its mature stage.Meanwhile in the mature stage,the financial data is lacked,the assets are tightened and the cash flow is lack.With the excessive demand for new technologies,the financing risk is substantially increased.Therefore,the risk in the financing process is more prominent,which has been widely recognized in the industry.In this paper,it first consults and arranges the relevant theoretical research on financing risk management at home and abroad,and then it introduces the development status quo of the Internet education industry.It also summarizes the financing risk management of Internet education enterprises from risks associated with different forms of financing in the Internet education industry,the general financial risk and its causes,etc.Thirdly,it analyzes the case company-Company A,and discusses the problems and defects in the current fund raising(financing)risk management.Meanwhile,based on the relevant theories of financing risk management,it puts forward the corresponding improvement and optimization suggestions combined with the actual situation of A Company.Through the study of financing risk management in Company A,it also hopes to provide reference for other start-up Internet education enterprises and can make some advises on the financing risk management of other Internet education enterprises in China.
