Research On The Management Model Of Scientific Research Funds In Beijing University

According to the financial input and amount of university scientific research funds in the past years,the investment of scientific research funds of our universities is increasing rapidly.it can be seen that the management of scientific research funds has been put into a very important position,so the supervision and management of scientific research funds will be more strict than before.Studying the management mode of scientific research funds in colleges and universities is of theoretical significance and practical significance to reveal the law and nature of the management behavior of scientific research funds in colleges and universities,to promote the perfection and innovation of the management mode of scientific research funds in colleges and universities,to promote the standardization and rationalization of the management of scientific research funds in colleges and universities,and to promote the efficiency of scientific research funds in colleges and universities.This paper draws on the theory of incentive equity theory and budget and budget balance,draws on the experience of foreign research funds management,on this basis,the use of comparative research,literature research,case studies and so on.This paper discusses the problems existing in the management mode of scientific research funds in Beijing university,analyzes the root causes of these problems,and puts forward the suggestion of perfecting the current management mode of university scientific research funds,and puts forward the new mode of scientific research funds management based on the pilot subsidy + awards,in order to improve the efficiency of scientific research funds and produce better social and economic benefits.
