With the increase of international exchanges and cooperation,proficiency in English must have one of the basic qualities in the 21 st century.In order to keep pace with the times,and international standards,people are trying to learn English.At the same time,English is one of the subjects of the college entrance examination.At this stage,many high school students choose to learn specialty,not only because of hobbies,but also to enter the ideal universities.However,most of the students in high school develop specialty well,but the basic deviation of cultural courses,especially English.Often times,it is often because the culture class is too bad,causing them to disregard with the beloved universities.English learning effect and learning motivation has a very close relationship,students take the initiative to participate in learning activities,assisted in scientific teaching methods,you can get the desired results.Therefore,in order to help the students to lift the confusion,confusion,improve their English learning efficiency,this article investigate and study learning motivation of the high school students,and explore the high school students to learn motivation to stimulate the effective strategy.The author has read a large number of domestic and foreign literature,carried out the student motivation questionnaire,and do the investigation and study for high school special students' learning motivation.I found:High school specialty students generally believe that "teachers' teaching level","through the college entrance examination","fear of failure","interest","access to students recognized" and other factors,so that they have the learning motivation,or learning motivational factors,not because of the college entrance examination for the special students cut down the policy,reduce the requirements of English learning.In the "teacher's love","hope better than the students","the future to find a good job","let parents happy","access to international development prospects" are on the neutral attitude.I also found that students often have some certain personality characteristics: they are strong profession,and most good at communication,can effectively use the language to express and communicate,they like group activities,mostly enthusiastic,collective sense of honor Strong.But in English learning,they are generally weak foundation,facing the test after another,they lack a lot of time to prepare,plus review content,unreasonable factors review methods,their inner anxiety,a lot of pressure.Therefore,combining the findings of the survey and giving full consideration to the characteristics of exceptional students,I think we should stimulate the learning motivation of senior high school students from the following points:1.Help students to eliminate the fear and anxiety of learning English.2.Possible weakening candidates on student achievement stimulus,enhance the positive effect on other aspects of students' English learning motivation;3.Full range of cultivating students' interest in learning English,to stimulate students learning motivation to create a good classroom atmosphere.
