| The class organization is a dynamic development system,always in constant conflict.Therefore,the differences and problems in class management are unavoidable,and the whole class group should be integrated into the classroom discipline.There is no doubt that classroom discipline is conducive to the socialization of students,which is more conducive to the improvement of students’ personality.However,the new curriculum reform in the primary school has revealed that the outstanding problem is the repeatability and severity of the violation of discipline in the classroom,and these problems need to be solved better.Based on the existing research foundation,the author took the opportunity of education internship to conduct classroom observation,so as to select the two primary school students who have typical behavioral and emotional class violation behavior in the primary school as the research object.By listening to their inner stories,the author explores the real reasons for disturbing the classroom,and analyzes the influencing factors of the classroom violation of primary school students.On this basis,the author tries to make Suggestions from the aspects of self,family,teachers and class,so as to promote the overall healthy development of the pupils.In this paper,qualitative research method is adopted to present the inner world of classroom delinquent students in the way of narration.The main contents and chapters of this study are as follows:Part 1: introduction to the topic selection,research purpose and significance,literature review,theoretical basis,core concept definition and research content,research innovation points.Part 2: the first chapter is the research design,the research process.This chapter mainly introduces the research method,research idea and research process.Part 3: In chapter 2,the author describes the inner world in which two primary school students violate the discipline in the classroom,and presents the classroom stories and the perception and reflection of the students who are in violation of discipline in the classroom.Part 4: The third chapter is the conclusion and influence factor analysis.Onpupil’s interview on reasons for violations,on the basis of analysis result in primary school students in the classroom for violations of the inner and outer factors of concrete from the inner(self)and external(family,teachers and school),and other dimensions analysis of mining.Part 5: The fourth chapter is education repair advice.Mainly based on the above question,for the existence of classroom discipline provide beneficial to prevent and correct classroom discipline education repair advice,improve pupil’s discipline problems,optimize teachers’ classroom management effect,so as to promote the development of elementary student overall health.Finally,the prevention and correction strategy of this research is reviewed. |
