Construction Status Of Young Men's Hand Team In Jiangsu Provinceand The Development Of Countermeasure

Being a traditional Olympic event,handball gains unfavorable development in China,which leads to its rare achievements in international competitions.As the basis for the development of competitive sports,the cultivation of reserve personnel is a determinant factor.Therefore,actively promoting reserve talents training exerts significant influence on the rapid development and improvement of handball sports in China.Through studying into the current situation of Young Men Handball Team construction in Jiangsu Province,this essay finds out existent problems in team construction based on which insufficiencies are pointed out for further improvement.A set of appropriate construction model for Young Men Handball Team should be actively explored,laying stress on key points and aiming at problem-solving,so as to provide a reference for handball personnel training in China.This essay employs 5 methods like literature review,questionnaire,logical analysis,mathematical statistics and interview,etc.,to conduct a comprehensive,systematic and effective investigation of Young Men Handball Team in Jiangsu Province from the following aspects: its overall development,coaches,athletes,training and competition and team management.Problems existed are as follows.First,the team is financed with grants from Jiangsu Province.Second,young handball athletes are lacking in impacts and attention.Third,they gained little competition opportunities.Fourth,talented personnel is mainly transported from municipal sports school.Five,coaches lack learning about skill-upgrading.In response to these problems,the author puts forward the following suggestions: to improve the socialization,industrialization and marketization of Young Men Handball Team in Jiangsu Province;to optimize the environment for the development of Young Men Handball Team in Jiangsu Province;to promote the social security system and the socialization and pluralization of the security system;to strengthen scientific training in order to promote intensive development of handball talents cultivation.
