Physical education is a form of education with outdoor sports activities as the main carrier.In recent years,the increasingly serious environmental problems and weather problems have a great impact on our physical education.Indoor physical education is an important part of school sports teaching is the basic subject of the healthy growth of the students,the students are rich in sports knowledge,the fundamental way to improve the physical quality,to the sports teaching,students' theory,students exercise knowledge has great promoting and guiding role.In these special weather,the development of indoor physical education is an important standard to measure the achievements of a school,the teaching quality of physical education and the importance of physical education.Today's schools shoulder the historical task of cultivating all-round talents for the society,such as morality,intelligence,body,beauty and so on.As an important part of physical education,indoor physical education can not be ignored.This paper adopts literature method,questionnaire method,observation method,mathematical statistics method,scientific and systematic analysis of the four star high school indoor sports teaching present situation of Liyang City,the urban area of Liyang City,conducted a questionnaire survey of six suburban four star senior high school more than 40 teachers and more than 500 students,the contents of the questionnaire to middle school the indoor sports teaching situation,the school with the teachers,schools and indoor physical education facilities,students on the indoor physical education awareness,sports funds etc..Through the investigation,our city high school indoor sports class has the following questions: 1,indoor sports lessons are not reasonable use,crowding or misappropriation phenomenon is widespread.2,the importance of indoor sports was neglected,the content is single,the classroom is lack of creativity.3,the teaching organization form is unitary,lacks the comprehensive and effective teaching evaluation way.4,the structure of physical education teachers is reasonable,but it needs further improvement.5,the new curriculum standards and teaching materials lack of innovative guidance,teachers are limited in practice.6,the site equipment is not targeted layout,resulting in many teaching content is limited.7,physical education "can not afford to hurt",restricting the development of teaching.Through the scientific analysis of the above problems,we make the following strategic suggestions: 1.Strengthen supervision and put the healthy development of students at the top of the work.2,starting from student interest,innovative indoor sports courses.3,combining static and dynamic,increase students' theoretical knowledge,and cultivate students' lifelong sports spirit.4,improve the quality of education team,rich team building.5,to improve the indoor sports class evaluation methods.6,the rational use of existing indoor venues,increase indoor physical education input.7,pay attention to the safety of teaching,and promote students to show new vitality.
