Research On The Current Situation And Training Countermeasures Of Women's Football Team In Jiangnan University

Football is a popular sport all over the world.However,due to the physiological and psychological characteristics of women,women's soccer has never been the focus of world attention.The Chinese women's football experienced brief brilliant,has been far behind the world leading level,the Chinese women's football gold generation exit,personnel training of the fault,due to lower degree of concern,which is the main factor influencing the Chinese women's football development.The development mode of China's football in the past has been along the elite route,this route is the benefits of pooling of resources,focus on training,but with the development of society,the shortcomings of a single closed environment,the source of talent is more obvious.The Chinese government on the basis of the lessons of history,change the quick development of football style,in the implementation of football reform program,promoting the campus football program,established by the four grade primary school to the university campus football development system.A new model for the development of the football movement has gained popularity,the famous football commentator Zhang Lu said that "the development of the campus football focus is popular,play more people,talent is more natural,and a high level of professional players more."
