At present,China is in the transitional period of reform and opening-up and market economy,the rapid development of science and technology,multiculture is in a state of conflict and integration,in order to adapt to the development of the society,to the pursuit of a socialist harmonious society,education should train the innovative talents that have the characteristics of activity,creativity and all-round development.In this context,the moral education also needs to keep up with the pace of the times.However,the traditional moral education is often a standardization of moral education,indoctrinates the students with the standardization content of moral education,restrictions and constraints the development of the people,so the transformation of traditional normative moral education is necessary.This paper expounds the developmental moral education is on the basis of combining the theory of moral education and reflects on the traditional normative moral education has shortcomings,the paper discusses the essence and basic features of developmental moral education and puts forward the corresponding strategy about the construction of moral principle,moral concept,the content of moral education,moral education method,education evaluation,in such a system to promote the effective implementation of the developmental moral education.This thesis mainly consists of five parts:The first part: Introduction,including the problem,research significance,literature review,research methods and defines the core concepts.The second part: This paper discusses the relevant theories of moral education.Through analysis Marx's thought of people's all-round development,Core value of socialism,meta-ethics,and constructive postmodernism,humanistic theory and provides a theoretical basis for this study.The third part: Discusses the development of moral education,moral education development has experienced four stages: the original form moral education,the ancient social moral education,moral education of modern social moral education,moral education in the postmodern society.And reflects on some drawbacks in traditional moral education,the traditional normative moral restrictions on potential development,ignore people's creativity,the repression of human nature,make the person is not fully development.On the basis,the developmental moral education is put forward.The forth part:The nature and characteristics of developmental moral education are analyzed.Developmental moral education is to foster the development of students as the purpose,focusing on the students with the main theme of the awakening of the development process of moral,cognitive and moral advocates who should coordinate the development of emotional competence and ethical moral.It is characterized by timely,enthusiasm,creativity and transcendence,advanced and well-being.The fifth part: It provides the related strategy for the effective implementation of the development of moral education.To fully,comprehensive,the development of science,ethics is a principle;Set to emancipate the mind,set the moral education idea with breaking through the limit development;Adopts the method of combining theory and practice of moral education;Set the "specification" and "development" integrate the moral education content;build dynamic and developmental evaluation system of moral education.
