At present, China is committed to building a socialist harmonious society, knowledge economy, information technology, rapid development, the gradual deepening of reform and opening up, the market economy has gradually improved in such a social context that it isdemanded that our education should be at a more pace with the times. However, the status quo of education, particularly the status of moral education is not very satisfactory. moral education is inlow effectiveness, and moral education can not play its due role, which are indisputable facts. Although quality education has been presented for a few years, education has not made substantive changes. Today in the 21st century, in order to further play the role of education for social development to realize the concept of people-oriented and training to meet the needs of the community for moral persons, we must change the traditional moral restrictions on people, bound by people's situation, in which the implementation of the development of contemporary school Moral education, which is to adapt to the times and social development, moral education, and its full implementation will help to promote the moral education of our country up to a new level.Developmental moral education is to foster the development of students as the purpose, focusing on the students with the main theme of the awakening of the development process of moral, cognitive and moral advocates who should coordinate the development of emotional competence and ethical moral. Moral Education in the implementation of school development will increase the effectiveness of moral education, promote student's self-development, self-improvement and achieve the goal of students'free development of the moral virtues.The basic idea in school Development Moral Education is to foster students' developmental moral qualities. Its dynamic mechanism is to satisfy students'moral needs, its realization mechanism is moral practice, and its teacher-student relations mechanism is equality and dialogue. The extension and the connotation of moral education can be better understood with the exploration into the basic idea of the development of moral education.The implementation of developmental moral education at modern schools is what the society needs. It is also the needs of moral nature and human nature development. Developmental moral education, as a new moral philosophy, moral values and moral content, is different from traditional binding moral education. Developmental moral education requires that moral workers should establish the concept of developmental moral education. This idea is an open natured, daily, and subjectivity-oriented, and can promote the concept of comprehensive development of students. Innovation in idea will lead to enhanced efficiency of moral education. Meanwhile, the innovation of moral concept would inevitably lead to changes in the content of moral education. The content of developmental moral education should not only reflect the progress of society and the age changes, but also foresee the future. It should combine its forward-looking with short-term and systematicity.To truly play the role of developmental moral education, we need to have a complete implementation mechanisms. First of all, it is necessary to create a relaxed and harmonious environment of moral education. There should be not only a moral atmosphere and harmonious and healthy campus culture, but also a good teacher-student relationship, nurturing the appropriate moral education bases. Secondly, we should adopt flexible and diversified ways of moral education. Developmental moral education is dedicated to the awakening of the main body of the students with the main course of development of moral. Therefore, it must take an open, flexible and diversified way in order to achieve a better moral effect of moral education. The methods are: the combination of positive guidance of teachers with student self-motivation and active participation, the combination of theoretical lectures with discussion, the transition from the binding to developing moral self-teaching, and the combination of theoretical education with the moral practice. Finally, building a scientific evaluation system of moral education is the effective means to implement developmental moral education. For the smooth operation of the developmental moral education, school evaluation system for moral education should be reformed to retain its scientific and rational elements, get rid of its backward obsolete components, and to integrate a set of prominent developmental, subjectivity-oriented and creative system cientific evaluation system in schools.
