With the transition of economic structure,the upgrading of industry and the enrollment expansion in high education,the situation those university graduates are confronting is becoming more and more severe,which greatly affects those graduates'development,even the national stability and the fulfillment of the strategy of"Reinvigorating China through human resources development".As high education reform deepens,it has become a hot topic among scholars both at home and abroad as to how to improve university students' career education,how to enhance one's general quality.The "teacher-centered" mode has already been outdated while the"student-centered" mode is becoming more and more familiar,and has already been widely employed in university students' career education.Yet,how to achieve the teaching goals during the practice of experiential teaching?What problems will arise from such a practice?How to solve those problems?The author will elaborate on these questions in the following five parts:The first part is the introduction.In this part the research theme,outline,content,methodology as well as the research situation,both at home and abroad,are to be presented.The second part defines some related concepts and expounds the theoretical basis,principles and the fundamental procedure of career planning.The third part designs a curriculum program for experiential career planning according to the actual situation of College J.The fourth part divides 120 students into two groups,the experimental group and the comparative group.In experimental group,experiential teaching is practiced while in comparative group traditional teaching mode is practiced.Based on the questionnaire survey and interviews,the teaching performance is evaluated for comparative analysis,after which,the advantages of experiential teaching is summarized.Some suggestions are also advanced as to the problems that arose from the experiential practice.The fifth part is the conclusion,which summarized the problems found in this research and some shortcomings.
