| With the local private kindergartens have sprung up,the teachers are constantly expanding.There is no doubt that the private kindergarten teachers have made important contributions to the development of private kindergarten.But in reality there are also exposed many problems,such as child abuse event repeated.So,at present in the management of private kindergarten teachers in the end what is the problem? How we should improve the level of the management of teachers,it has become the main topic of this paper.This paper mainly adopts the method of questionnaire survey,taking 32 private kindergartens in Shijiazhuang city as the research object,a total of 400 questionnaires were issued,362 copies were recovered,and the effective questionnaires were 358.At the same time,also on the part of the private kindergarten the principal and the management of the inter-view.This study on the humanity hypothesis theory,drucker’s effective management theory,incentive theory and teachers’ career cycle theory as the support,in shijiazhuang qiaoxi private kindergarten teachers in the management of research,find it in the teachers’ employment,salary,teacher training and evaluation incentive management has many problems.According to the above problem,this paper put forward from the following three aspects: construct a private kindergarten teacher management system.One is that the government and related departments to further perfect the legal system,standardize teachers management mechanism;Increase financial support,solve the problem of fund shortage;To strengthen supervising the implement,implement the teachers guarantee system.The second is to further improve the management of private kindergartens to managers own quality and ability;Improve the campus management system;Scientific design of pay system and improve the performance evaluation mechanism.The third is the private kindergarten teachers should further strengthen their own career planning and improve teachers’ own moral training and professional level. |
