Postgraduate education is the education mode of training senior specialized talents for the country.The talent training model of Harvard University Graduate School of Higher Education develops more mature,and it cultivates many well-known leaders and scholars for American.The higher education of Harvard University has distinctive characteristics,the objectives,courses,and practice activities are reflected the feature of application.The these aims at analyzing the talent cultivation mode of higher education in the graduate school of education of Harvard University from the aspects of training objectives,talent specifications,training contents,training management system and evaluation system and so on.Through the historical point of view,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of Harvard University’s higher education professional talents training mode,so as to guide the development of higher education specialty in our country and cultivate the "higher education talents".The these has four chapters.The first chapter is introduction.It introduces the sources of the problems,the significance of the researches,the definitions of the concepts,the research methods and the literature at home and abroad.The second chapter is history.It’s based on the background,the developing process and the mature system of the graduate school of education of Harvard University.The higher education derives from the graduate students and it develops rapidly.Chapter three aims at analyzing the cultivation mode of higher education from the aspects of training objectives,talent specifications,training management system and evaluating elimination system and so on,and describe the talent training mode.It also summarizes the characteristics of the graduate school of education of Harvard University through the chapter three.In chapter four,the author gives some advice and enlightenment to the development of China’s higher education through the practice of the educational experience of other countries.
