With the development of higher education in our country,it is undergoing the transition from elite to mass.As an important part of higher education,higher vocational education has made remarkable achievements after decades of development.Higher vocational education plays an important role in promoting China’s economic development,scientific and technological innovation,and talent development.However,compared with vocational education in Germany,there are still many problems in China’s Higher Vocational education.Higher vocational education in China has been led by the school,the government as head of the education departments,enterprises lack of industry involvement,bilateral cooperation between school and Enterprise stays on the surface of shallow,the school works not closely with the business contact,cooperation between universities in the cold shoulder.From the perspective of comparative study,this paper analyzes the German "dual system" advantages and characteristics of the relationship between colleges and enterprises,discusses the way to improve the relationship between school and enterprise in Higher Vocational Education in China.This paper mainly includes the following five parts: The first part is introduction.On the basis of describing the background,significance and methods of the research,the paper makes a literature review on the relationship between the school and enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education,in order to better grasp the new developments in this field.The second part is an overview of the relevant theory.This paper mainly introduces the Social Exchange Theory,Stakeholder Theory and Corporate Social Responsibility theory,and makes a detailed exposition of the three theories.The third part is the establishment stage of the comparative study of Higher Vocational Education between China and Germany.After clarifying the system of Higher Vocational Education in Germany and China,it highlights the advantages and characteristics of the German “dual system” vocational education model.Through the concept of the relationship between school and enterprise,the paper establishes three dimensions: talent training mode,the form of cooperation between school and enterprise and the role of government.The fourth part is the key part of this paper.The paper compares the school and enterprise cooperation between Germany and China in three dimensions,to indicate the present situation of relationship,through introduction of interviews,reveals the problems and shortcomings of current cooperation between school and enterprise in Higher Occupation Education in our country.The fifth part is based on the comparative study and the analysis of the results of the interview,to explore the path of improving the relationship between school and enterprise in Higher Vocational education.Under The Triple Helix Theory,construct the relationship between Higher Vocational Colleges and enterprises model,using this model,put forward the perfect path of school enterprise relationship: strengthen macro-control and policy guidance;promote colleges vocational service ability construction;encourage enterprises to actively participate in industry.
