| This paper systematically analyzes and expounds the formation background and the origin,the process and the main content of Huang Yanpei’s professional talent education concept,and his practical exploration of the vocational education,and also analyzes the rationality and practicability of his professional talent education concept.At the same time,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the current higher vocational and technical education talents training in China,and on the basis of the historical experience provided by Huang Yanpei’s professional talent education concept,this paper discusses the reform direction of talent cultivation in higher vocational and technical education in China.Specifically,the research contents and opinions of this paper mainly include the following aspects:First,the main content of Huang Yanpei’s professional talent education concept and his practice.Huang Yanpei’s professional talent education concept mainly includes the talent education theory,professional talent teaching theory,professional talent curriculum theory,professional talent teacher view.On the purpose of talent education,Huang Yanpei stressed that professional personnel training to achieve the "personal preparation for life","personal service society prepared","for the world and the country to improve production capacity of the preparation","the development of personality" four purposes,the final to achieve "the unemployed industry,so that the industry is happy" ideal.The teaching of vocational talents should follow the principles of education and teaching in the combination of "brain and brain use,learning and learning" and "adapting to local conditions and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude".In the curriculum and professional settings,pay attention to investigation and study according to the actual needs of the school to adjust the professional and curriculum and attention to the establishment of practical courses.The selection of teachers must first have a noble personality and good moral cultivation,in addition should also have both excellent professional skills and the corresponding practical experience,but also to master the necessary theoretical knowledge,know how to teach.Second,the rationality and practicability of Huang Yanpei’s professional talent education concept.This paper argues that the rationality and practicability of the Yanpei’s professional talent education concept mainly reflected in the following aspects: the concept of human-oriented training throughout the professional talent education concept,reflecting the student-centered education essence;in order to "respect work and enjoy company" as the core of moral education,pay attention to the development of students’ personality;emphasizing the socialization of professional personnel training,conform to the needs of the country and social development needs;"hand and brain use,learn to do one" principle of education is conducive to the cultivation of professional talent innovation ability.Third,the current situation and problems of the training of higher vocational talents in China.China’s higher vocational education in the development scale and development speed has made great achievements,but the cultivation of higher vocational talents in adapting to the needs of social enterprises at the same time how to take into account the training of people is not perfect.The main problems in the cultivation of personnel are: the form of admission is not reasonable,the training target is not clear enough and can not be achieved very well;professional is lack of characteristics,the curriculum is too complicated and the course content is old;lack of practical operating courses,students do not clear the status and needs of the enterprise industry;focus only on professional knowledge education,ignoring the general education and the improvement of students’ comprehensive quality and ability;teaching style old-fashioned,teaching quality is not high,the lack of "double teacher" teachers and stable teachers and so on.Fourth,some thoughts on talents training in higher vocational education under the view of professional talent education of Huang Yanpei.From Huang Yanpei’s professional talent education concept,combined with the problems of current vocational training in China,this study suggests that,it is an important prerequisite to construct a modern vocational education system with a clear goal of cultivating talents,focusing on student-oriented;highlight the social and open nature of higher vocational education,mobilize the enthusiasm of the enterprise industry,is to cultivate high-quality high-skilled talent an important way;to enhance the level of professional construction,improve the curriculum,is an effective means to improve the training of higher vocational personnel;to improve the construction of teachers,improve teaching methods,is an important guarantee to improve the quality of vocational training. |
