For this project,education.Education is the cornerstone of national rejuvenation and social progress,is the fundamental way to improve the quality of the people and promote the all-round development of people.At present,the country implements the new curriculum reform comprehensively and promotes the balanced development of compulsory education,which is another important strategic measure for our country to carry out science and education to rejuvenate the country.This requires us to face all the students,to improve the quality of students,to promote the all-round development of students,the full implementation of quality education.However,in the rural junior middle school,there are a lot of backward students,and with the deve Lopment of economy,the speed of industrialization and urbanization is accelerating.This problem,not only affects the quality of teaching in schools to improve school management,but also to bring a series of problems not only affects the students;study more,affect the healthy growth and development of the students students also influence the happiness;of the family related,to social harmony and development.Therefore,it is more important to study the problems of rural junior high school students.To solve this problem,based on Confucius' s education and individualized education,American psychologist Gardiner's theory of multiple intelligence and had Marley Weng effect as the theoretical basis of the Research,this paper discusses the possibility of education underachiever's transformation.This paper makes an analysis of the problems of the rural junior middle school students and the related problems by the methods of literature,investigation and observation.Focuses on the case analysis oftransformation of education in rural junior middle school students,students study causes backward performance characteristics,mainly analyzes the causes from the school and teacher level,and put forward the strategy of education transformation of rural junior middle school students.Through the analysis and research,this paper sums up the causes and characteristics of the formation of backward students in rural junior middle schools,and puts forward the strategies of educational transformation.The reasons of backward students in junior high school in rural areas is complex,is constantly changing,solutions are also diversified,but how to make the students families,schools,and society really together and so some long-standing problems need to be further studied.
