Middle school teachers teaching autonomy refers to: by the national law and by the teaching rules and student learning situation determined,there is a secondary school teacher professional rights in the teaching activities without interference and independent exercise.According to the teaching process,the autonomy of middle school teachers’ teaching autonomy can be divided into three dimensions: teaching content selection right,teaching method determination right and teaching effect evaluation right.This study is based on the sample survey of L City X District Middle School.It is found that there are some problems in the teaching autonomy of middle school teachers,which mainly shows the lack of autonomy of middle school teachers’ teaching content selection,teaching method use right and teaching evaluation right.Meanwhile,this paper analyzes the differences in gender,teaching age,title,education and teaching year of middle school teachers’ teaching autonomy,and finds that the problem of lack of autonomy of teaching teachers in middle school teachers is only significant difference in the structure of teaching year.There are significant differences in the choice of teaching method for middle school teachers with different teaching ages.The main reasons for the existence of secondary school teachers’ teaching autonomy have mainly three aspects as follow: First,the lack of self-awareness of middle school teachers teaching cause the lack of self-teaching ability.This is the internal reason for the secondary school teachers’ teaching autonomy.Second,the administrative management of middle school is strict and the teachers lack the teaching autonomous space.This is one of the external reason for the secondary school teachers’ teaching autonomy.Third,the evaluation method of middle school teachers is simple,teachers’ autonomy was restrained by the only score theory.This is another external reason for the secondary school teachers’ teaching autonomy.Therefore,it is achieved a secondary school teachers’ autonomy in teaching,we should awake the middle school teachers’ self-consciousness and cultivate middle school teachers’ autonomy at first.Second,the school manager to implement democratic management,to give secondary school teachers to teach autonomous space.Last,the teacher evaluation system should be enriched,to provide independent motivation for the secondary school teachers. |
