| With the deepening of primary education reform,teachers,as the main body of the reform,has become more and more important,which is the epitomization of its teaching autonomy.Teaching autonomy is the basic professional right granted to teachers as professionals.However,there is still a lack of teaching autonomy of teachers in county high schools,which not only affects the teaching quality of schools,but also hinders the professional development of teachers.Therefore,the study of teaching autonomy of county’s high school teachers has been given more and more concern and attention.Through the investigation of the current situation of the teaching autonomy of teachers in the three county ordinary high schools in T City,four problems in its teaching autonomy have been found: first,the insufficient exercise of the debugging right of teaching objectives;second,lack of the right for choosing teaching materials;third,the lack of awareness of choosing teaching strategies;fourth,the lack of right to participate in school management.In this study,the investigation results of the influencing factors of teaching autonomy were analyzed.The internal reasons include teachers’ low teaching autonomy and differences in background factors,and the external reasons include excessive school organization,simple teacher evaluation method,teacher trust crisis,and imperfect school incentive mechanism.This paper propose countermeasures to guarantee teachers’ teaching autonomy from the perspective of caring ethics.First,self-care: care for one’s care;second,care for others: school management based on caring for teachers;third,social care: social support to improve the status of teachers. |
