| As an important part of the cultivation process,the effective supply of the new vocational farmers’ education supply is directly reflected the efficiency of supply.In 2016,countries made efforts to support the new professional farmers training,Shandong Province will also begin to promote relevant work in the province as a whole,which the supply of education will be increased.Therefore,how to improve the level of the effective supply of new vocational farmers’ education becomes problem to be solved,which makes education sense and serves the construction of new countryside and the modernization of Agriculture.This research based on the theory of public goods supply and the theory of supply and demand equilibrium,combined with literature research,empirical analysis and comparative research method to explore the effective supply of new vocational farmers’ education in some areas of Shandong province.The research content mainly includes three points: First,analyze the sample data from three dimensions and found out the effective supply situation by comparing the balance of supply and demand.After that,through the correlation test,analyzes the influence factor.Second,explore the international experience of new vocational farmers’ education.To analyze the education supply mode of the foreign peasants,summarize the characteristics,and get some enlightenment.Third,based on the effective supply situation in Shandong province and drawing lessons from foreign experience,the paper puts forward policy recommendations to improve the effective supply of new vocational education in Shandong province.The results show that although the new vocational farmers’ education in Shandong province has a great development recently,but the effective supply is still short of;The demand quantity is numerous,the structure is becoming more diversified;Farmers have the high quality requirements,and emphasize the actual benefits;The number of supply have increased,basically in a state of equilibrium with the number of demand;There is a phenomenon of partial decoupling between the supply structure and the demand both in content and form;In addition,the supply of quality in general,still need to be improved;Influencing factors of effective supply not only includes the policy,system,economic development,science and technology,operating mechanism and safeguard mechanism,but also the content,form,time and other specific settings of education.Finally,we propose the promotion countermeasures: supply ability is power,supply content is the key,and management supervision is safeguard. |
