| Since the "National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)" put forward "Information technology should be paid great attention to because it has a revolutionary impact on the development of education " Related research has entered a new stage.As the main position of school education,the success of classroom teaching reform is related to the success or failure of the structural transformation of the whole education system.How to change the classroom teaching and the corresponding changes in the effectiveness of such issues has been the focus of the education sector.Starting from this realistic demand,this study first studied a large number of relevant literatures and then founded that most of them focused in theoretical research.Although there are some empirical studies,but there is still much room for expansion of evidence support.Therefore,this study introduces the proposition,practice and existing achievements of Xuzhou "Learning and Speak Plan" and defined it as an initial exploration of classroom teaching change under the background of educational informationization.Then,the paper analyzes the implementation effect of "Learning and Speak Plan".The material for analyze is from "Learning and Speak Plan" effect survey and teaching record.Analysis methods include description analysis,correlation analysis,variance analysis,content analysis,lag sequential analysis method,trying to analyze the status quo of classroom teaching under the "Learning and Speak Plan" as far as possible through data analysis.The analysis shows that the change of classroom learning is not only reflected in the change of teachers and students,but also affects the remaining five elements(purpose,curriculum,method,environment and feedback)of classroom teaching.Based on the above results,this study re-examines the changing classroom teaching rely on administrative promotion: In consideration of China’s national conditions,the educational administrative power in the classroom teaching change is irreplaceable."Learning and Speak Plan" is carried out in districts and counties of Xuzhou have made some progress shows the rationality,feasibility and efficiency of changing classroom teaching rely on administrative promotion.Of course,this period may also have some problems,which need to find a fit between the education departments and teachers and link up them seamlessly,and Evaluation of the detection mechanism and supporting the construction of information technology play an important role: it is necessary from the document to accurately interpret the essence of classroom teaching change,but also to assess the assessment criteria as the main carrier to the front line teachers and parents to convey the spirit of classroom teaching reform.If this intermediate link is unobstructed,then the campaign to promote educational change will be more smooth.Another conclusion of this paper is to rethink the change of classroom teaching: the main reason for the stunting change of classroom teaching is three points,one is part of the teachers are satisfied with the existing state of affairs and reluctant to move forward;the second is the quality of international students resource factors;the third is the misinterpretation to the classroom form.According to this,the paper puts forward the strategy of improving the change of classroom teaching: firstly,it is necessary to make sure that changing classroom teaching rely on administrative promotion should be supported and understood.Second,we should correctly see the relationship between college entrance examination and classroom teaching change. |
