Innovation On The Community Education In The Internet Plus Era

The integration and development of network information technology not only promotes the innovation and evolution of technological pattern,but also produces a new pattern of economic and social development.In the Internet Plus Era,the Internet and traditional industries integrated deeply with each other,creating a new type of development which is more ecological.The community education will definitely rely on the optimization and integration functions of the Internet,and follow closely with the pace of the times in order to complete the transformation and upgrading.This paper follows the basic principles of introducing questions,analyzing questions,and solving questions.It aims to explore the innovations on the community education in the Internet plus Era by using the thought of Internet Plus and the characteristics of the internet which are open and equal.First of all,from the community education experience of development and research,the paper explains the exploration results of connotation,development and management of the course made by the predecessors,and as well as summarizes the community education development experience in the northern Europe,the United States,Japan,China,Hong Kong,and Taiwan.After that,the paper analyzes the problems the present community education are facing,such as the serious formalism,the community residents' low participation,the lack of education resources,and the disorder of management.And further analysis will be given,which includes the insufficiency of understanding,the improvement of the residents' personal needs,the lack of expansibility,the imperfect evaluation system,and unreasonable management system and mechanism.Finally,the paper puts forward that the innovation of community education is necessary and the trend of the society and lifelong education.At the same time,the paper probes into the innovation on the community education from six aspects,including the concept innovation in community education,the innovation on teaching and learning models,the models on resource sharing,the evaluation system and management.The paper tries to build a new pattern of community education in the Internet plus Era,and prejudges the effect of this pattern,thinking it enriches the connotation of community education,improves the function of community service,and promotes the construction of the harmonious society.
