The Elderly Strength Test And Quantitative Assessment

At present,because of the huge population base and the deepening of aging population degree,China has invested many manpower and financial resources in pension.The sarcopenia of the large joints of the limbs predominantly affects the quality of life among elderly population.With the rise of the science and technology support,scientific methods can be the most direct way to change the present situation.The elderly strength test and quantitative assessment is a way that can quantitatively assess muscle strength data of the elderly by using grey incidence theory.The aim is to find the abnormal muscle strength and realize the integration of prevention and rehabilitation.Therefore,the elderly strength testing and quantitative assessment has a very wide application range and value.This paper considered how to scientifically and reliably test the aged people’s strength in four aspects:the determination of indicators,the choice of method,the quantization scheme and the evaluation method.Then explored an effective algorithm to evaluate the muscle strength of the elderly objectively.This paper mainly carries on following four research works:First of all,the special physical condition of the elderly makes the muscle strength test method more difficult.This paper is fully analyzed main test methods such as manual muscle test,isotension test,isometric test and isokinetic test.Because of its high objectivity and accuracy,we finally choose isokinetic muscle strength test.Secondly,the selection of the test index directly affects the following assessment results.Considered the scientific principle,finally we choose joint peak torque moment as a basis,joint peak torque flexor extensor ratios as main test index.Furthermore,this paper improves the traditional entropy method appropriately,and the strength data of the aged people with extreme value can be directly involved in the operation,at the same time can ensure the process to determine the weights of objectivity.At last,use grey target theory to assess the elderly muscle strength,divide the assessment results into five grades.The experiments indicate that the elderly strength assessment based on grey targt theory is scientific,reasonable,accurate and feasible,and completed the elderly strength assessment system programming.
