| With the internet technology becomes more mature,and widely used into the education area,the traditional education idea,teaching structure,teaching method and teaching management system has got tremendous impact,also it provides an opportunity for the reform and innovation.Under the traditional teaching mode of "transfer acceptance",it is not conducive to the cultivation of innovative talents,the development of students’ creative thinking and the ability to solve practical problems.Blended learning,which combines the advantages of online learning and face to face learning,has been paid more and more attention by researchers.In this paper,the writer clarifies the concept of blended learning through literature research methods,analyzes the basic process of blended learning mode design,and reviewed the current domestic and foreign research status about blended learning,thus put forward the focus of this study: firstly,how to design effective blended learning resources and activities,meet the needs of learners,enhance the quality of teaching;secondly,how to carry out the blended practice teaching of learning,and make teachers and students really accept blended learning model;thirdly,how to realize the learner centered,teachers leaded of the teaching mode.To solve these problems,this paper designs a blended learning model,and uses the method of action research conducted two rounds of blended learning practice teaching research,to explore the development of learning resources,the design method and the implementation process.After the end of the teaching practice,using the method of questionnaire survey,to understand the learning attitude and learning satisfaction of the learners,and finally reflect the effect of blended learning.The results show that the blended learning is conducive to the realization of learner centered learning,providing more flexible learning space for learners,the convenient accesses to learning materials,timely feedback can be acquired with more students.Compared with the traditional classroom teaching model,the students’ learning enthusiasm and learning performance are improved.The results of the survey show that most of the students can accept this teaching model,and are willing to learn this course through the long term. |
