| To improve the level of teachers’ professional development is the urgent requirement and inevitable trend of the development of modern education,and also the practical need to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.With the rapid development of China’s private education and basic education curriculum reform,located in the urban and rural private weak schools to improve the teaching quality,we must construct a more comprehensive quality of teachers,improve and develop and strengthen the ranks of teachers depends on the teacher professional literacy.This paper takes Ningbo city of Yinzhou District private weak school teachers as the research object,through a variety of research methods of literature,investigation and interviews,in-depth understanding of the current situation of the private schools of teachers’ professional development,analysis of various factors influencing the teachers’ professional development,put forward some strategies to promote teachers’ professional development in these schools.The specific content includes the following four parts: the first part,mainly on the concept of weak private schools,teacher professional development,teacher professional development of private schools are defined.The basic theory of constructivism and the teachers of this subject is closely related to the concept of teacher professional development and educational equity are summarized;the second part Ningbo City,Yinzhou District 6 private schools,from the understanding and identification of teachers,teachers on their own occupation demand and action,to the professional development of school to teachers’ professional development,teacher professional development of the expected four dimensions of comprehensive survey and analysis;the third part,to analyze the influencing factors the weak school teachers’ professional development from four aspects of environment,schools,teachers,teachers and other individuals;the fourth part,in the above Based on the study of teachers’ professional development in developed countries,reference research results and practical experience,improve policies and regulations to change the social prejudice,get rid of centralized management and establish the partnership mode,training the consciousness of self development and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. |
