From The Perspective Of Problem To Development:social Work Intervention Key Youth Service Research

With the increasing transformation of today’s society,the complicated social environment,adolescent problem becomes more prominent,which is currently a lot of scholars at home and abroad for the development of young people in general focus problems in perspective of the problem of youth groups,for juvenile delinquents,youth etc.analyze the causes and make recommendations.However,the research on teenagers should not stay in the level of treatment and prevention problems,should be combined with the development of the times actively focus on youth positive action change and development,as the main body of the free choice of respect for young people.To focus on the precise focus of youth social work from the general youth social work,from teenagers to prevention and treatment focuses on the problem of juvenile crime violation correction,adolescent social workers play an important role in the focus of youth in the service process,at the same time as the professional service to enhance the professional requirements for adolescent social workers and service level are more emphasis on professional and occupation.Guangzhou city by way of project operation,according to the characteristics of adolescents in the area of key to actively promote the focus of youth special service pilot,but also in all aspects of strengthening and improving adolescent social workers’ occupation competency.If young people cling to the problem from the angle of social workers in the actual process of service in the use of this will impact on the problem definition,service target and service content,understanding and practices,and thus have a negative impact on young people.In this study,A five key youth special service project,through the methods of literature research and interviews,analysis of the problem from the perspective of social work focus on Youth Service predicament,the "problem" to "change the angle of view of development" in youth social workers how to gather the external resources and reshaping the roles of social workers and individual empowerment three aspects to promote the focus of youth special service projects may be carried out,so as to provide reference for adolescent social work perspective and new development path more complete and professional.
