The development of economy and society are driven by the global economy,decent employment gradually turned to a realistic objective which is accepted by more and more people from a ideal in the mind of part of people.Since the college students have always been the main new power of the construction of socialism of our country,under the circumstance that the problem of low employment rate of college students has gradually been to a common consensus and been gradually remitted,then how to promote the quality of employment become to the problem which should be treated positively and be considered carefully.Therefore,decent employment and elegant life are not only the important index of the reflection of the employment quality but also the important target of the revolution of higher education and development of society achieved by the common effort made by the country,employer,society and college students.Strictly speaking,in order to achieve the great progress from full employment to decent employment,we need to build a blueprint of decent employment of college students,based on the reality,and finally find the best way between the start and the goal.Through the careful deep analysis and research of reality,we discover that due to the social regular job is relatively limited,nowadays more and more students chose the flexible employment or enter into the personal cooperation,however,these jobs are not enough stable and the salary is low,the work environment is dissatisfactory,the employment of enterprise is not regular enough,the booster mechanism of the career growth of college students is inferior.Therefore,in a sense,these college students only realize the full employment,there is some distance between their current employment situation and the real decent employment.Due to the decent employment is a relatively complicated project,in order to make the decent employment become the social reality which can be objective and sensible,the government,company,colleges and universities and all college students need to strive together.Concerned department of government should improve and normalize the provision of flexible employment in the aspect of employment policy and system;increase the improvement of law system,protect the rights and interests of flexible employee;pay attention to promote the development of economy,improve the salary of labor.In order to provide favorable working environment,the employer should normalize their behavior,strictly adhere to the reasonable employment standards.The college students need to adjust employment concepts,pay more attention to the employment ability when they are in school,take the initiative to find better developing chance for themselves.The colleges anduniversities should focus on the guidance for the employment of college students,establish courses in vocational counsel,focus on the development of personality in this process.Owing to the efforts and cooperation in many aspects,the realization of decent employment of college students will be supported among a huge amount of employee,the dream of decent employment will come true,not only the need in material but in spirit will be satisfied,and finally lead to a realization of elegant life.
