A Study On The Mode Of Social Work Involved In Agricultural Service

The original intention of writing is based on the cause of social work in China started relatively late,especially in recent years,with China's urban and rural integration of the rapid advance of social problems in the rural areas has become increasingly prominent,has become the focus of all levels of government and society,it is urgent to explore a new model for rural social work services.In this paper,J city H town government to carry out "dedicated double post" activities as an example(referred to as "H model"),the social work involved in the town of J,H city government to carry out the "dedicated two posts" activity tour service model research.Through the development of field investigation and set up service strategy research,improve the three service infrastructure(the construction of external environment of organization,team building,and sort out the service object)and two characteristics of vulnerable groups(the elderly,women and youth)and special groups(migrant workers).On the basis of the analysis to carry out tour service,service content of different service objects and results,summed up the "H mode" service advantage,finally puts forward some suggestions to accelerate the development of the present stage of rural social work.
