The Research On The Marital Conflict & Relationship Of The ‘post-80s' Youth As Zibo City Of Shandong For Example

Families are the basic unit of society,and marriage is an important way of building a family.In the current rapid economic and social development,the era of multicultural interaction,"after 80" youth in family responsibility at the same time,the need to accept the risk from social environment,career development,social and cultural aspects of the test.In 2015,our country's divorce rate was 2.79 ‰,according to incomplete statistics,from the age structure,current national divorce between 22 and 35 people have become main force,"after 80" has become a high incidence of divorce.Based on this background,this paper discusses the causes of the conflict in the post-80 s youth relationship and also explores strategies for improving the relationship.The author with "after 80" youth the importance of marriage and family for,through combing the domestic and foreign academic circles in the marital conflict,the research of relationship to improve,further clarify the research idea of this article.Through the design of questionnaire and interview outline,the data of this article were obtained by using the questionnaire method and interview method.Combined with questionnaire and interview results,by analyzing the influence of "after 80" youth marriage change social background,discusses the "after 80" youth marriage status,and analyzed their feelings,ethical contradictions in marital conflict,role conflict;Through in-depth analysis of the underlying cause of marital conflict,it is concluded that "after 80" youth in marriage responsibility imbalances and anomie,social life,law environment,customs,norms and four factors is the important cause of marital conflict.Finally,the author combined influence reasons of "after 80" youth marital conflict,from how to build the subject of marriage harmonious and interactive relationship to marriage relationship,create a good social environment,improve the quality of life,sets up the marriage relationship and the stability of the guidance law changes,guide the formation of a good marriage relationship into the society and so on four aspects,in the marriage relationship to improve strategy research,and expounds the benign operation strategy to marriage.
